Make a gather from the cherrywood and burn off any haze. Stripe with 4 thick stripes of the purple lustre. Heat, burn off any haze and pull into a twistie. Make a small base bead from the twistie, burn off any haze. Encase in clear glass, heat to HOT, allow to cool. Heat gently to strike. Pop it into your kiln to anneal. Be careful to not over strike.
